Ethylene bis-stearic acid amide is a synthetic wax with high smoothness and high melting point. Almost insoluble in general solvents at room temperature. However, it can be used as an additive in a dispersed state, a gel state, or a solid state for a resin or the like, and can also be used as an additive for a masterbatch, an ink, a paint, a coating, or the like. At or above the melting point of the product, it is soluble in mixed xylene, terpene, paint, naphtha, butanol, methyl solvents and high boiling point solvents. But insoluble in water, ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, glycerin and other boiling point solvents. With high temperature lubrication and low temperature anti-sticking, significantly improve the product surface smoothness and other characteristics.

Mainly used as ABS, PE masterbatch. Lubricants for molding, polishing and injection molding of hard and transparent PVC, PS, PA, POM, PC, etc. are generally added with 0.3-5%, which does not affect the thermal stability, surface appearance, color tone, transparency of films, etc. of plastics, and is also used as lubricant for highly filled PP, and is used as surface brightening agent, anti-sticking agent and leveling agent in ink, paint and coating; used as wire drawing lubricant in metal processing and powder metallurgy industry; dispersant and lubricant for ABS color masterbatch and PE functional modification masterbatch, lubricant for plastic sheet, defoamer for paper industry, etc.
