Refined by molecular distillation, used as EVA anti-adhesive and opening agent, especially suitable for EVA hot melt adhesive, LDPE, LLDPE and PP opening agent, acrylic rubber release agent and internal lubricant, used as pigment and filler dispersant and coupling agent.

Physical and chemical properties:
This product is light yellow waxy solid, flash point 296 ℃. It is a non-ionic surfactant. It is stable in acid, alkali and water medium, and insoluble in most solvents at room temperature. The solubility is 20% in toluene and 12% in isopropanol at 35°C. It is allowed to be used in food and medicine packaging materials (GB9685-2008).
Main purpose:
1, can be used as EVA and PVC anti-adhesive and opening agent, more suitable for EVA hot melt adhesive anti-adhesive;
2. It can be used as anti-adhesive and release agent for PE, PP, PS, AS, ABS, PA, PET, PC, etc;
3, can be used as acrylic rubber release agent and internal lubricant;
4. It can be used as a dispersant and coupling agent for pigments and fillers. This product has a strong affinity with inorganic pigments or fillers to make it adhere to the surface of the particles to achieve the purpose of modifying pigments or fillers.
5. Auxiliary nucleating transparent agent, this product is used in polyolefin, polyoxymethylene and polyamide resin, which can shorten the nucleation time, promote the thinning of the resin structure, and then improve the mechanical properties and transparency of the product.
6. This product can also improve the heat resistance, weather resistance and antistatic properties of polyester and polyamide fibers.
7. It can be used as an anti-adhesive agent for chlorinated rubber, fluorinated rubber, nitrile rubber, extrusion aid and release agent.
Packaging storage:
The product is packed in composite bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag. It should be protected from direct sunlight and rain during transportation. The storage period is one year. It is recommended to store it in a dry, cool and ventilated place. The product is stored and transported according to general chemical regulations.
